You can cancel your subscription directly through your account or by contacting us at [email protected] and we can take care of this manually.  

If you cancel your subscription through your account, here are the necessary steps:

1. Login using your email address associated with your subscription

2. Select Manage Subscription button below your recurring subscription

3. Select Cancel Subscription and fill out the following survey

4. Confirm Cancel Membership
