Do you offer samples or smaller packs to try?
Yes, we offer the 12-pack so you can sample before you subscribe.
What possible allergens are present in the processing facility where the Jerky Sticks are made?
The only potential common allergens in the facility, but NOT in our product are Milk, Soy, Fin-Fish (anchovy in a Worcestershire sauce), Wheat and pepper.No tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, etc
Is there garlic (allium) in any of the Snack Sticks?
Yes, they all contain a small amount of garlic.
Is there Red Pepper in the Jerky Sticks?
The Original flavor does not contain red pepper, but the Peppered and Peppered 10 sticks do.
Is there Casein (milk products) in the sticks?
No, but the facility we manufacture in does have milk on premise.
What is Encapsulated Citric Acid?
It is necessary for the curing process. Without it the proteins do not gel together. The small amount of encapsulation used in ECA contains palm oil, coconut oil, soybean oil, or cottonseed oil.
Is there transglutaminase in the Snack Sticks?
There is NO transglutaminase.
Are the Venison Sticks Gluten Free?
Yes!
What is the shelf life of the sticks and how do we store the sticks?
The Venison Sticks have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture and are shelf stable, so there is no need for refrigeration.
Does the packaging contain PFAS?
No, it does not.
What is the casing made of on the Venison Sticks?
They are in a beef collagen casing.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
The Venison Sticks are shipped via DHL and USPS. The Frozen Venison will come via FedEx.
